Governance

Hungerhill Developments Ltd hold a 30-year lease and management agreement with Nottingham City Council. Alongside providing best practice allotment management, we offer a unique sustainable building which provides office, meeting and activity space for tenants and visitors.

With a new 10-year Site Management, Business Plan and Heritage Masterplan for St Ann’s Allotments for 2020 to 2030, we will continue to invest in the site, source funding for improvements and engage with the allotment community and wider audiences to improve health and wellbeing, skills and training opportunities.

Our Board of Directors are from the public, private and voluntary sector along with gardeners themselves. They bring insight, experience, overview and vision to the site and our plans.
